That is why we took the decision to offer all our customers the facility to have their invoices sent via email, fax or in hard copy. If you are an existing Tuffnells customer, ask your customer services team about receiving invoices via email, and help us to help the environment, not to mention the efficiencies in speed of delivery.
We aim to introduce further initiatives similar to E-Invoicing such as emailing statements and various reports where customers are open to this.
